“What do you see?” four words only yet they immediately strike you. All over the world, people are in the habit of complaining about the struggle in nature but I’ll tell you although it exists and it’s happening but our complaints are of no importance; you can keep complaining until the end of time, it won’t change anything. What we give is what we see and only the weak ones get hurt, complaining is a virus really because it lowers you to a level you become frustrated and once you don’t put an end to it, you will attract vices like anger, hate, jealousy, etc.
What do you see? No matter the situation you find yourself never and ever you give in to pain, be strong always. Here is a trick on how to be strong, watch out always for your facial expression, never frown or show a form of weakness/fear or tiredness through your facial expression, let your face remains calm and sharp always, lukewarmness can be burdensome and all you feel around you is dark, break out and be free, we can see light through the darkness if we must see it.
There are lots of situations that can affect what we see but the most serious of them all is thoughts (not wild thoughts…lol, just kidding), in my previous topic where I talked about living in the present, too many thoughts will not and never make you enjoy the present, yeah the moment or better expressed the “NOW”. What I observed between children and adults is children always enjoy the present moment than adults so they always live a happier life, it might be they are small but they are mighty, being an adult you will have lots of responsibilities then you begin to worry cause this and that didn’t work out as planned, those worries are weaknesses which must be buried if you want to live a healthier and happy life.
Another condition is fear; Fear only exists in thoughts, stop thinking too much and become fearless. Most attractive set of people in this world are the fearless ones, they are bold and confident. What am really trying to let you know is you can change what you see in the worst situation you might find yourself, be strong.
